Terri Horman doesn't want son testifying about Kyron's disappearance

Well, well, well, who'da thunk it????
Nothing but silence from the AML camp so far.
Think they get it now?

PORTLAND - The stepmother of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman is trying to keep her other son off of the possible witness stand.
Terri Horman is being sued for $10 million by Desiree Young, Kyron's biological mom, who claims Horman is responsible for the boy's disappearance.
In court papers, Terry Horman's lawyers suggest they will file a motion to prevent the 17-year-old from testifying in a civil suit. They also want the case postponed. A hearing was set on the issue for August 15.
Kyron was last seen on June 4, 2010 at Skyline Elementary School.
Desiree Young's attorney said he would use the civil suit to peel back the mystery surrounding Kyron's disappearance by issuing subpoenas for witnesses to testify about what they know.
But Terri Horman's legal team doesn't want her 17-year old son talking. The 17-year-old son is believed to be living with his mother and her parents in Roseburg.

Contradictions and Inaccuracies

I am posting the screen shots of the inconsistent and contradictory statements made by Ms. Lessman on various on-line sites for the benefit of the anonymous poster on the other blog entry.
Despite what Anonymous believes, I did not post the blog nor these screen shots because I have it out for Ms. Lessman or because I am, to quote her: " using a boy's death to try and defame someone else."
I grieve the death of any child, I don't care who their relatives are and I highly resent being told I have it out for someone.
If you will pay attention, Ms. Lessman is the one who opened the door on the topic of her nephew, and I refuse to be blamed and accused of defamation or using a dead child to further any "agenda" you think I may have.
When she first began mentioning her nephew, I had no reason to doubt her version of events. But then I began noticing her contradicting HERSELF. He went from age 6 to age 9. And THAT is when I began looking for old articles and then it became clear his age wasn't the only thing she was getting wrong.
SHE put all these out there on her own.
Maybe "Anonymous", if you  would simply open your eyes and actually think for once instead of seeing this HUGE conspiracy theory, you would realize this.

These are in no chronological order.

I didn't see the original comment when it was made on THSG.
This is a copy and paste from the MindHunter forum
8-8-10
20 plus years ago
Disappeared from school in the middle of the day
Missing for weeks
he was put on a bus with kindergarteners (what happened to mid-day?)
Dropped off "miles from home"

Posted on Missing Kyron Horman-July 4, 2010
States he was 6 years old
From OregonLive-
August 16, 2010
"Similar circumstances" as Kyron
Missing from school
Again states his age as 6

March 13, 2012
"vanished from an Oregon school"

OregonLive-6-5-11
She got facts straight in this comment, however, she admits she got the article and link from a crime forum.

OregonLive- August 16, 2010
"Similarities that should not be overlooked"
Again I ask, WHAT similarities????
Disappeared mid-day from school
Bus driver dropped him off "miles from home"
6 years of age
Found "weeks later"

OregonLive-April 9, 2012
Found 9 days later

OregonLive-July 14, 2010
6 years old
missing from his school
Found dead weeks later"
Notice too at the end of the comment- "I would bet there are more school abductions, but it's not publicized, simply to keep it from causing pandamonium."
Again, her nephew did NOT vanish from school. He was seen by others 2 HOURS after school dismissed that day.

OregonLive- July 22, 2011
33 years ago (this is correct)
Found dead 9 days later (also correct)
Odd thing about this post however is she says Kyron could have wandered off. But if he had wondered off as her nephew did, then he is definitely no longer alive, which goes COMPLETELY against what Ms. Lessman has always said. That if people think he's no longer alive, then no one will search for him.

THOD-Feb. 2, 2012
Disappeared from his school.
She again gets the time-frame correct for the discovery of his body., but keep in mind, this was posted 6 months AFTER she had stated in a post that she got her information from a crime site.
Again states that kids "wander" and again I say, if he wandered, he's no longer alive.

John Douglas MindHunter forum- Nov. 24, 2010
States her nephew was born on Thanksgiving Day, 1969 yet states his age as 9 when he died.

But more than any other comments she's made, THIS is the real head-scratcher
OregonLive- August 21, 2010
She states not once, but 3 times that her nephew was 6 years old.
Ms. Lessman herself states he was born in in Nov. 1969. That would clearly make him 81/2 not 6 as she states here, or 9 in another comment.
She states as well that he was "found weeks later on Mother's Day, 1978"
Please tell me again how you see no problem with all of this obvious blunder!!
I am more than willing to listen to any LOGICAL explanation, but would rather hear it straight from the horses mouth so to speak. So, why don't you run back to AML and tell Ms. Lessman to come here and explain it herself. I know she's read the other blog entry, (despite what she says) and she's had several days to come up with SOME kind of story. I would just love to hear it.

Credibility lost

cred·i·bil·i·ty

  [kred-uh-bil-i-tee]
noun
the quality of being believable or worthy of trust: After all thoselies, his credibility was at a low ebb.

Being credible is very important. When you insert yourself into a situation and speak claiming to have "FACTS", you need to make sure you have your facts straight. If not, you lose all credibility, and anything you say afterwards is null and void.

Over the last 2 years, thatkewlgirl aka Sandi Lessman, aka the administrator of THSP, THSG and now AML, aka Terri's on-line mouthpiece, has made many, many outrageous claims against Kaine, Desiree and Tony, all while making Terri the victim. Poor Terri, she's been railroaded by a cheating husband, a vindictive, jealous bio mom and the bio mom's Detective husband. Terri was told from day one to sit down and not speak, and being the brow beaten wife/servant/friend, she complied, all the while the evil 3 were NOT silent and went about methodically convincing the media, the entire MCSO as well as the FBI and every other investigative agency to ignore facts and focus on the stepmom.
According to Sandi, she's getting her information from a "Very RELIABLE source", and per this " Very RELIABLE source", the truth WILL come out as soon as the time is right and Terri is "allowed" to speak. THEN the crap will hit the fan, but Terri will come out smelling like a rose.

Either Ms. Lessman is lying, and KNOWS she's lying, or she has been completely duped by her reliable source. She/they are attempting to put just enough reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury of the court of public opinion. But it hasn't worked-at least on most people-
Sadly, despite her inconsistencies and outrageous accusations, there are a few who have chosen to throw every ounce of common sense and critical thinking skills out the window and follow this pied-piper.

Why is that?

Based on her inconsistencies and contradictions, it is MY OPINION Ms. Lessman knows nothing about what went on in the life of the Horman/Young families. She just wants people to THINK she does.

Also throughout the 2 years Kyron has been gone, Ms. Lessman has taken every opportunity to tell us about the disappearance of her nephew. She has talked about the similarities in both cases.

What are the similarities, according to Ms. Lessman?
Well, based on her many comments, they were both young boys who disappeared from their elementary schools in the middle of the day. The schools, who were responsible for keeping them safe while they were in their care, fell down on the job. As a result of the schools negligence, LE and the public turned a blind eye and chose to turn their attention to the two who loved them most.

While Kyron's fate is still unclear, her nephew was found deceased. That was a tragedy of which nightmares are made and I hope and pray I never experience.
However, as Richard Cranium has pointed out earlier this week, there have been many inconsistencies and inaccuracies in Ms. Lessman's version of what happened in May of 1978. Inconsistencies that, in my opinion, border on odd. This was her nephew. Shouldn't she KNOW the details?

However, there is one particular comment made by Ms. Lessman about her nephew that has me scratching my head even more that all the other inconsistencies.
It was made on OregonLive on August 10, 2010.

Do you see it?

"He disappeared and was found weeks later on MOTHER'S DAY 1978."

Mother's Day??

From all reports, this little boy disappeared on May 10, 1978.
He was found 9 days later (NOT "weeks later") on May 19.

I did some checking for the month of May, 1978 and found 2 interesting pieces of information.
May 19 was on a Friday, not a Sunday (Mother's Day ALWAYS falls on Sunday.)

http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/?year=1978

Mother's Day, 1978 was on May 14, which was a mere 4 days after he disappeared, not "weeks", and 5 days before the actual day his body was discovered.

Why would Ms. Lessman make such a statement?
This was not some random missing child. This was her nephew. Wouldn't she KNOW, not only how long he was missing, but on what day he was found?

So, based on all the inaccuracies mentioned by Mr. Cranium, not only has Ms. Lessman lost all credibility in stating FACTS as Terri's mouth-piece and Champion for the FIND KYRON Brigade, she has lost all credibility in stating FACTS about her own nephews disappearance.

Credibility lost. It DOES matter.

Posted on AML today,  July 14, 2012.

Based on the 2 years of inaccuracies and contradictions that have been presented by Ms. Lessman, it is my opinion that there is no hope of regaining any credibility on her part. It is lost and gone forever.
However, it is my hope that others who blindly follow along with her will finally open their eyes and begin asking some questions.
